I'm delighted to see my translation from the Irish of Ailbhe Ní Ghearbhuigh's 'Brú' feature in the latest issue of Modern Poetry in Translation. It's an honour to feature in this storied and long-running publication, alongside Rachel Rankin’s new translations of Norwegian poet Brynjulf Jung Tjønn, Tuoya Wulan’s version of Chinese Poet Xinyang Wu and Kareem James Abu-Zeid's translations of Palestinian poet Najwan Darwish. My thanks to editor Sarah Hesketh who so deftly assembled this special issue themed on the concept of care. .
